Herbed New Potatoes


  • 1 lb small red new potatoes
  • 1/4 cup fresh chives, snipped
  • 1 tbs fresh dill, chopped
  • dash of kosher salt
  • dash of fresh cracked black pepper
  • Quarter potatoes and place in a medium sauce pan with enough water to cover.
  • Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for about 20 minutes or until fork tender.
  • Toss potatoes with the chives, dill salt and pepper.
  • Serve warm.
