Herbed New Potatoes
|1 lb small red new potatoes|
|1/4 cup fresh chives, snipped|
|1 tbs fresh dill, chopped|
|dash of kosher salt|
|dash of fresh cracked black pepper|
- Quarter potatoes and place in a medium sauce pan with enough water to cover.
- Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for about 20 minutes or until fork tender.
- Toss potatoes with the chives, dill salt and pepper.
- Serve warm.
