Herbed New Potatoes
- 1 lb small red new potatoes
- 1/4 cup fresh chives, snipped
- 1 tbs fresh dill, chopped
- dash of kosher salt
- dash of fresh cracked black pepper
- Quarter potatoes and place in a medium sauce pan with enough water to cover.
- Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for about 20 minutes or until fork tender.
- Toss potatoes with the chives, dill salt and pepper.
- Serve warm.
