Herbed New Potatoes
Ingredients
1 lb small red new potatoes | ||
1/4 cup fresh chives, snipped | ||
1 tbs fresh dill, chopped | ||
dash of kosher salt | ||
dash of fresh cracked black pepper |
- Quarter potatoes and place in a medium sauce pan with enough water to cover.
- Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for about 20 minutes or until fork tender.
- Toss potatoes with the chives, dill salt and pepper.
- Serve warm.
