Jicama Cilantro Slaw
Ingredients
1/4 cup canola oil | ||

1 cup green cabbage, shredded | ||
1 cup red cabbage, shredded | ||
1 cup carrots, cut into thin strips | ||
2 scallions, cut on the bias |
- In a large salad bowl, stir together the oil, lime juice, cilantro, sugar, salt, black pepper and red pepper.
- Whisk in sugar until isĀ dissolves.
- Add the salad ingredients and toss to coat.
- Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
