Lemon Barbecue Sauce for Fish
Ingredients
1/2 cup lemon juice | ||
1/2 cup canola oil | ||
2 tbs grated onion | ||
1 tsp kosher salt | ||
1 tsp black pepper | ||
1 tsp dry mustard | ||
2 tbs brown sugar | ||
dash of Tabasco |
- Add all ingredients to a sauce pan, using medium heat stir until sugar has melted and all ingredients are well combined.
- Add fish to a glass baking dish and pour sauce over.
- Bake fish at 360 degrees or until it flakes easily with a fork.
- You may also cook the fish over hot charcoal if desired.
