Lemon Barbecue Sauce for Fish


  • 1/2 cup lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup canola oil
  • 2 tbs grated onion
  • 1 tsp kosher salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp dry mustard
  • 2 tbs brown sugar
  • dash of Tabasco
  • Add all ingredients to a sauce pan, using medium heat stir until sugar has melted and all ingredients are well combined.
  • Add fish to a glass baking dish and pour sauce over.
  • Bake fish at 360 degrees or until it flakes easily with a fork.
  • You may also cook the fish over hot charcoal if desired.
