Lemon Rosemary Rub
- 1 tbs lemon peel, grated
- 1 tbs dried rosemary, crushed
- 1/2 tbs kosher salt
- 1 tbs dried thyme
- 1 tbs black pepper
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- Combine all ingredients and mix well.
- Use to season beef, chicken or pork.
- Makes enough to season 2 lbs of meat.
- Recipe may be doubled.
