Orange Barbecued Chicken


  • 1/2 cup A-1 steak sauce
  • 1/4 cup orange juice
  • 1 tsp orange peel
  • 1 tsp ground ginger
  • 3 lbs chicken parts
  • Combine steak sauce,orange juice, orange peel and ginger. Mix well and set aside.
  • Place chicken in a glass baking dish and coat completely with marinade. Let marinade for about 30 minutes.
  • To grill over charcoal, place chicken on a rack over hot coals and cook turning occasionally, and basting.
