Peach Barbecue Sauce
Ingredients
| 2 cups of pureed peaches | ||
| 1/3 cup vinegar | ||
| 2 tbs soy sauce | ||
| 1/2 cup brown sugar | ||
| 2 tsp kosher salt | ||
| dash of black pepper |
- Mix all ingredients together and allow to marry for about 1 hour.
- Use as a basting barbecue sauce during the last 15 minutes of cooking.
- Works well with chicken, beef or pork.
