- 8 ozs of canned green chilies, drained
- 1 lb of sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
- 2 cups milk
- 1 cup Bisquick
- 4 eggs
- Sour cream
- Pre-heat oven to 425 degrees.
- Grease and 9×13 baking pan.
- Sprinkle chilies and cheese onto the bottom of the pan.
- Beat milk, Bisquick, and eggs until smooth.
- Pour the Bisquick mix over chilies and cheese.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes.
- Let stand 10 minutes before cutting.
- Serve with dollops of guacamole and sour cream.
