Red Wine Barbecue Steak Marinade


  • 1 and 1/2 cups red wine
  • 3/4 cups soy sauce
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • Combine red wine and soy sauce, mix well and set aside.
  • Rub minced garlic over steak.
  • Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, turning several times.
