Soy Sauce Barbecue Glaze
Ingredients
| 1/2 cup soy sauce | ||
| t tbs black pepper | ||
| several drops of Tabasco sauce | ||
| 1/4 cup honey | ||
| 1/4 cup lemon juice |
- Combine all ingredients in a small bowl, mix well.
- Use to brush over meat during the last minutes of cooking.
- Recipe may be doubled.
