Sparerib Glaze

Ingredients

1 cup ketchup
1/4 cup mustard
1 tbs hot sauce
1/2 tsp powdered ginger
1/4 cup dark corn syrup
1/4 cup cider vinegar
Directions:

  • Mix all ingredients and use to baste ribs during the last 15 minutes of cooking.
