Spicy Barbecue Rub
- 1/2 cup chili powder
- 1 tbs oregano leaves
- 1 tbs onion powder
- 1 tbs garlic powder
- 1 tbs white pepper
- 2 tsp celery salt
- 2 tsp cayenne pepper
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
- Use as a rub for beef, chicken or pork.
- Rub into meat well and allow to stand for at least 1 hour before cooking.
- Can be stored covered for several months.
