Sweet and Sour Spare Ribs
- 3 lbs Spare ribs
- 3 tbs A-1 steak sauce
- 1 cup of your favorite barbecue sauce
- 2/3 cup apricot preserves
- 2 tbs lemon juice
- On a rack in a baking pan, bake the spareribs in a preheated 350 degree oven for one hour.
- Cut the ribs into serving size pieces.
- Combine remaining ingredients for sauce.
- Grill ribs over charcoal, basting frequently with sauce, turning frequently for 15 to 20 minutes or until well glazed.
