Tangy Cole Slaw
Ingredients
1 head cabbage, shredded | ||
1 cup chopped tomatoes | ||
1/2 cup cilantro, chopped | ||
2 cloves garlic, chopped | ||
kosher salt and ground black pepper to taste | ||
2 tsp celery seed | ||
1 tbs Dijon mustard | ||
4 tbs red wine vinegar | ||
1/2 cup olive oil |
- Combine the cabbage, tomatoes and cilantro and chill.
- Mix the garlic, salt, pepper and vinegar in a bowl.
- Whisk in the olive oil.
- Add half of the dressing to the slaw and mix.
- Add more dressing if needed.
