Teriyaki Sake Marinade
Ingredients
1/2 cup soy sauce | ||
1/4 cup sake | ||
2 small pieces of ginger, peeled and sliced | ||
2 scallions, chopped | ||
1 tbs white sugar | ||
1 tbs brown sugar |
- Mix all ingredients together in a glass baking dish.
- Add desired meat and marinate covered for 24 hours.
- Then Grill over hot charcoal.
- Recipe may be doubled or tripled.
