Tuna Noodle Salad
- 2 (5oz) cans of solid white albacore tuna, drained
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tbs milk
- 1 cup of egg noodles, cooked
- 2 tbs chopped onion
- 3 tbs chopped celery
- 3 tbs green pepper, chopped
- 2 tbs roasted red peppers, drained and chopped
- 2 hard boiled eggs, chopped
- Blend mayonnaise, vinegar, and milk together. Mix well.
- Add remaining ingredients to a large bowl, then add dressing and gently mix.
- Cover and refrigerate for several hours before serving.
