Tuna Noodle Salad


  • 2 (5oz) cans of solid white albacore tuna, drained
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tbs milk
  • 1 cup of egg noodles, cooked
  • 2 tbs chopped onion
  • 3 tbs chopped celery
  • 3 tbs green pepper, chopped
  • 2 tbs roasted red peppers, drained and chopped
  • 2 hard boiled eggs, chopped
  • Blend mayonnaise, vinegar, and milk together. Mix well.
  • Add remaining ingredients to a large bowl, then add dressing and gently mix.
  • Cover and refrigerate for several hours before serving.
