Tuna Noodle Salad
|2 (5oz) cans of solid white albacore tuna, drained|
|1/2 cup mayonnaise|
|1 tbs milk|
|1 cup of egg noodles, cooked|
|2 tbs chopped onion|
|3 tbs chopped celery|
|3 tbs green pepper, chopped|
|2 tbs roasted red peppers, drained and chopped|
|2 hard boiled eggs, chopped|
- Blend mayonnaise, vinegar, and milk together. Mix well.
- Add remaining ingredients to a large bowl, then add dressing and gently mix.
- Cover and refrigerate for several hours before serving.
