Brown Sugar and Cinnamon Butter
- 1 stick of unsalted butter, room temperature
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 tbs cinnamon
- 1 foot sheet of parchment or waxed paper
- Place the butter, brown sugar and cinnamon in a medium bowl.
- Mix thoroughly blended.
- Place on the edge of the paper and roll tightly.
- Twist both ends of the paper and place in the freezer, until firm. About 1 hour.
- Use to spread on bread or ice cream.
- Recipe may be doubled.
