Brown Sugar and Cinnamon Butter


  • 1 stick of unsalted butter, room temperature
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tbs cinnamon
  • 1 foot sheet of parchment or waxed paper
  • Place the butter, brown sugar and cinnamon in a medium bowl.
  • Mix thoroughly blended.
  • Place on the edge of the paper and roll tightly.
  • Twist both ends of the paper and place in the freezer, until firm. About 1 hour.
  • Use to spread on bread or ice cream.
  • Recipe may be doubled.
