Country Style Barbecue Sauce
Ingredients
| 1 and 1/2 cups canola oil | ||
| 3/4 cup soy sauce | ||
| 1/2 cup vinegar | ||
| 1/4 cup Worcestershire Sauce | ||
| 1/3 cup orange juice | ||
| 2 tbs dry mustard | ||
| 1 tbs coarsely ground black pepper | ||
| 1 tbs kosher salt | ||
| 2 tbs fresh parsley | ||
| 2 cloves garlic minced |
- Combine all ingredients and mix well.
- Allow to sit at room temperature for at least one hour before using.
- Can be used as a basting or table sauce.
