Ginger Seafood Dredge


  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1 cup corn meal
  • 2 tsp kosher salt
  • 2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbs ground ginger
  • Mix all ingredients well.
  • Use to dredge seafood before frying.
  • Add seafood to mix and remove the excess.
  • Fry in 350 degree oil until golden brown and crispy.
