Indian Vindaloo Seasoning
Ingredients
1 tsp fresh ginger, minced | ||
3 dried red peppers, crushed | ||
2 large cloves garlic, minced | ||
1/2 tsp dry mustard | ||
1 tsp kosher salt | ||
2 tbs curry powder | ||
2 tbs curry powder | ||
1 tsp paprika | ||
2 tsp coriander | ||
1 tbs cider vinegar |
- Add all ingredients to a large bowl and combine.
- Make sure the red peppers are totally crushed.
- You may add mixture to 1/4 cup of corn oil with 2 tbs of vindaloo. Use to baste chicken pork or shrimp while grilling.
- Also you may mix 2 tbs of plain yogurt with 4 tsp vindaloo and serve with chicken or dress chicken or shrimp salad.
- Recipe may be doubled.
