Louisiana Remoulade Sauce
Ingredients
1 and 1/2 cups mayonnaise | ||
1/4 cup creole mustard | ||
1 tbs horseradish | ||
1 egg yolk | ||
1 tsp paprika | ||
2 scallions, chopped | ||
1 tbs lemon juice | ||
1 tbs fresh parsley, chopped | ||
2 cloves garlic, chopped | ||
1/4 cup olive oil for drizzling | ||
1/4 cup ketchup |
- Add all ingredients except for olive oil in a food processor. Pulse several times until ingredients are well combined.
- With food processor running drizzle in olive oil.
- Cover and refrigerate for 24 hours before using.
