Mustard Barbecue Sauce
Ingredients
| 1 cup yellow mustard | ||
| 1/3 cup brown sugar, packed | ||
| 1 cup balsamic vinegar | ||
| 2 tbs butter | ||
| 1 tbs Worcestershire sauce | ||
| 1 tbs lemon juice | ||
| 1 tsp cayenne pepper |
- Add all ingredients to a large bowl and mix well.
- Use as a table or basting sauce on beef, pork or chicken.
