Oysters with Prosciutto and Balsamic Vinegar


  • 24 fresh oysters on the half shell
  • 3 tbs balsamic vinegar
  • 1/4 lb of prosciutto, chopped
  • Fresh cracked black pepper
  • Place the oysters on a baking tray.
  • Sprinkle each oyster with some balsamic vinegar and some fresh cracked black pepper.
  • Top each oyster with some prosciutto.
  • Place the oysters under a broiler and cook for about 1 to 2 minutes or until the prosciutto starts to crisp.
