Steamed Blue Crabs
- 1/2 cup Old Bay seasoning
- 1 dozen crabs
- Pot should have a raised rack about 2 inches high.
- Add equal quantities of vinegar and water just below the level of the rack.
- Layer crabs and sprinkle each layer with seasoning.
- Cover and steam until crabs turn red. About 30 Minutes.
- Recipe may be doubled.
