- 3 tbs Old bay seasoning
- 1/2 cup vinegar
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 lb of large shrimp, in shells
- In a saucepan, combine the first three ingredients.
- Bring to a boil.
- Add the shrimp and stir gently.
- Cover and steam until tender, 3-5 minutes.
- Drain and remove shells.
