Artichoke Dip
Ingredients
2 small jars of artichoke hearts, drained | ||
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese | ||
1 cup mayonnaise | ||
8 drops of hot sauce |
- Mash the artichokes with a fork and knife in a bowl.
- Add the cheese, mayonnaise and hot sauce. Mix well.
- Spoon into a glass pie plate and bake at 350 degrees for about 15 minutes, or until bubbly.
- Serve with crackers or crusty bread.
