Black Bean Dip
|1 small onion|
|1 (15 oz) can of black beans, drained and rinsed|
|2 tbs fresh lime juice|
|2 tbs fresh orange juice|
|2 cloves garlic, pressed|
|kosher salt and fresh crack black pepper to taste|
|1 tsp cumin|
- Add all ingredients to a food processor and process until smooth.
- Taste for seasoning.
- Serve over nachos or with tortilla chips.
