Chipolte Mayonnaise


  • 1 (30 oz) jar of good quality mayonnaise
  • 1 small can of chipolte peppers in adobo
  • juice of 1/2 lemon
This is a great spicy addition for sandwiches and salads.
  • Add all of the mayonnaise to a food processor.
  • Add the chipolte peppers along with the lemon juice.
  • Process until smooth.
  • A good  way to store the mayonnaise is to return it to the original jar and refrigerate.
  • Use as needed.
