- 1 (30 oz) jar of good quality mayonnaise
- 1 small can of chipolte peppers in adobo
- juice of 1/2 lemon
This is a great spicy addition for sandwiches and salads.
- Add all of the mayonnaise to a food processor.
- Add the chipolte peppers along with the lemon juice.
- Process until smooth.
- A good way to store the mayonnaise is to return it to the original jar and refrigerate.
- Use as needed.
