Whiskey Sour


  • 12 lemons, peeled and juiced
  • 4 cups whiskey
  • 4 cups water
  • 1 cup sugar
  • Combine the lemon peel, lemon juice, whiskey, water and sugar in a large container and mix well.
  • Let stand for 24 hours, stirring frequently.
  • Strain in to a pitcher.
  • Chill thoroughly.
