Italian Cheese Spread
- 1 lb of fresh mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 lb of ricotta cheese
- 2 tbs of cream cheese, softened1 tbs oregano
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- kosher salt and fresh ground black pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup dry red wine
- Add all ingredients to a food processor and process until smooth.
- Taste for seasoning.
- Serve with crackers or crusty bread.
