Italian Cheese Spread


  • 1 lb of fresh mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 lb of ricotta cheese
  • 2 tbs of cream cheese, softened1 tbs oregano
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • kosher salt and fresh ground black pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup dry red wine
  • Add all ingredients to a food processor and process until smooth.
  • Taste for seasoning.
  • Serve with crackers or crusty bread.
