New Orleans Remoulade Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbs chopped capers
  • 2 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 tsp fresh parsley
  • 1/2 tsp fresh chervil
  • 1/2 tsp tarragon
  • kosher salt and fresh cracked black pepper to taste
  • Combine all the ingredients and mix well.
  • Serve with seafood, chicken or grilled vegetables.
