Olive Cheese Balls
|2 cups finely shredded sharp cheddar cheese|
|1/2 cup butter softened|
|1 cup sifted flour|
|1 tsp hot sauce|
|1 tsp kosher salt|
|1 tsp paprika|
|36 pimento stuffed olives|
- Mix the cheese and butter in a large bowl.
- Add the flour, hot sauce, salt and paprika and combine well.
- Wrap about 1 tsp of the cheese mixture around each olive, covering the olive completely.
- Place on a baking sheet.
- Freeze until firm.
- Then bake in a preheated 400 degree oven for 15 minutes.
