Olive Cheese Balls
Ingredients
2 cups finely shredded sharp cheddar cheese | ||
1/2 cup butter softened | ||
1 cup sifted flour | ||
1 tsp hot sauce | ||
1 tsp kosher salt | ||
1 tsp paprika | ||
36 pimento stuffed olives |
- Mix the cheese and butter in a large bowl.
- Add the flour, hot sauce, salt and paprika and combine well.
- Wrap about 1 tsp of the cheese mixture around each olive, covering the olive completely.
- Place on a baking sheet.
- Freeze until firm.
- Then bake in a preheated 400 degree oven for 15 minutes.
