Olive Cheese Balls


  • 2 cups finely shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup butter softened
  • 1 cup sifted flour
  • 1 tsp hot sauce
  • 1 tsp kosher salt
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 36 pimento stuffed olives
  • Mix the cheese and butter in a large bowl.
  • Add the flour, hot  sauce, salt and paprika and combine well.
  • Wrap about 1 tsp of the cheese mixture around each olive, covering the olive completely.
  • Place on a baking sheet.
  • Freeze until firm.
  • Then bake in a preheated 400 degree oven for 15 minutes.
