Parmesan Rosemary Potatoes


  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • Kosher salt and black pepper to taste
  • 3 tsp rosemary crushed
  • 4 large potatoes cut into 1 inch cubes
  • Melt butter in a 9×11 glass baking dish.
  • Mix in the flour, cheese, salt and pepper in a zip top plastic bag.
  • Add the potatoes and shake to coat.
  • Add the potatoes to the baking dish along with the butter and stir to coat.
  • Bake at  375 degrees for 1 hour, turning once with a spatula.
