- 1 bunch of Italian parsley
- 1 bunch of cilantro
- 1/2 small onion, chopped
- juice of 1 lemon
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1/4 cup canola (more if needed)
- kosher salt to taste
- 2 jalapenos with seeds, chopped
- Add all ingredients to a food processor.
- Pulse until mixture is almost smooth.
- Recipe may be doubled.
