Salsa Verde

Ingredients

1 bunch of Italian parsley
1 bunch of cilantro
1/2 small onion, chopped
juice of 1 lemon
2 cloves garlic, chopped
1/4 cup canola (more if needed)
kosher salt to taste
2 jalapenos with seeds, chopped
  • Add all ingredients to a food processor.
  • Pulse until mixture is almost smooth.
  • Recipe may be doubled.
