|1 bunch of Italian parsley|
|1 bunch of cilantro|
|1/2 small onion, chopped|
|juice of 1 lemon|
|2 cloves garlic, chopped|
|1/4 cup canola (more if needed)|
|kosher salt to taste|
|2 jalapenos with seeds, chopped|
