Shellfish Mustard and Cream Sauce
- 1/2 cup wholegrain mustard
- 1 tbs Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tbs heavy cream
This is a wonderful sauce that works well on crabs, shrimp or lobster.
- In a bowl combine all ingredients and mix well.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
- Taste for seasoning.
- Use as a dipping sauce for crabs, shrimp or lobster.
