Walnut Pesto


  • 1 bunch of fresh basil leaves
  • 1/2 cup walnuts
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • kosher salt and fresh cracked black pepper
  • 1/4 cup olive (more if needed)
  • Add all ingredients except for the olive oil to the bowl of a food processor.
  • Process until smooth.
  • With the motor running drizzle in the olive oil.
  • Season to taste with salt and pepper.
