Caprese Italian Sub
|1 large Italian or French Sub roll or 4 slices of ciabatta bread|
|1/4 cup pesto sauce|
|4 to 8 tbs of vinaigrette|
|4 to 8 thinly sliced tomatoes|
|4 to 8 slices of fresh mozzarella cheese|
|kosher salt and fresh cracked black pepper|
|1 tbs oregano|
- Split bread and spread on pesto sauce.
- Next place sliced tomatoes on top, and add the mozzarella.
- Drizzle the vinaigrette over and season with salt, pepper and oregano.
- Top with the remaining bread slices and serve.
