Caprese Italian Sub
- 1 large Italian or French Sub roll or 4 slices of ciabatta bread
- 1/4 cup pesto sauce
- 4 to 8 tbs of vinaigrette
- 4 to 8 thinly sliced tomatoes
- 4 to 8 slices of fresh mozzarella cheese
- kosher salt and fresh cracked black pepper
- 1 tbs oregano
- Split bread and spread on pesto sauce.
- Next place sliced tomatoes on top, and add the mozzarella.
- Drizzle the vinaigrette over and season with salt, pepper and oregano.
- Top with the remaining bread slices and serve.
