Due to the new health care laws fast food restaurants are required to list the calorie counts on their menu. The numbers are hard to notice on their over head signs, so take notice the next time you are there.Here is the calorie break down for some of the McDonalds favorites.

Cheesburger= 500 calories

Large Fries= 500 calories

Big Mac= 550 calories

Large Drink=200 calories

Hence a typical supersized meal at McDonalds = 1,570 calories
