Orange Chili Garlic Marinade
Ingredients
1/3 cup frozen orange juice concentrate | ||
1/4 cup wine vinegar | ||
1 tbs fresh lemon juice | ||
2 large shallots, minced | ||
2 garlic cloves, minced | ||
2 tsp chili powder | ||
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper | ||
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon | ||
dash of kosher salt |
This marinade works on pork, beef, chicken, fish or shell fish.
- Add all ingredients to a bowl and mix well.
- Marinate meats covered and refrigerated for 1 to 2 hours.
- Marinate fish and shell fished coveredĀ and refrigerated for 20 minutes.
- Recipe may be doubled.
