Orange Chili Garlic Marinade
|1/3 cup frozen orange juice concentrate|
|1/4 cup wine vinegar|
|1 tbs fresh lemon juice|
|2 large shallots, minced|
|2 garlic cloves, minced|
|2 tsp chili powder|
|1/2 tsp cayenne pepper|
|1/2 tsp ground cinnamon|
|dash of kosher salt|
This marinade works on pork, beef, chicken, fish or shell fish.
- Add all ingredients to a bowl and mix well.
- Marinate meats covered and refrigerated for 1 to 2 hours.
- Marinate fish and shell fished covered and refrigerated for 20 minutes.
- Recipe may be doubled.
