Cilantro Relish


  • 1 cup cilantro leaves, chopped
  • 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves, chopped
  • 1/2 small onion, minced
  • 1 jalapeno chili, chopped
  • 2 tbs olive oil
  • 1 tbs fresh lemon juice
  • kosher salt and fresh cracked black pepper to taste
This relish is great with chicken or fish.
  • Add all ingredients to a non reactive bowl and mix well.
  • Use to drape over chicken or fish.
