- 8 oz crumbled Feta
- 4 oz ricotta
- 3 tbs olive oil
- 1/2 oz fresh mint, chopped
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- fresh cracked black pepper
- Crusty bread and or crackers for serving
- Combine the feta, ricotta and olive oil in a bowl and mash with a fork until well combined. The mixture should still contrain a few small lumps of cheese.
- Add the mint, garlilc powder and some cracked black pepper to taste.
- Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
