Feta Cheese Spread
|8 oz crumbled Feta|
|4 oz ricotta|
|3 tbs olive oil|
|1/2 oz fresh mint, chopped|
|2 tsp garlic powder|
|fresh cracked black pepper|
|Crusty bread and or crackers for serving|
- Combine the feta, ricotta and olive oil in a bowl and mash with a fork until well combined. The mixture should still contrain a few small lumps of cheese.
- Add the mint, garlilc powder and some cracked black pepper to taste.
- Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
