Feta Cheese Spread

  • 8 oz crumbled Feta
  • 4 oz ricotta
  • 3 tbs olive oil
  • 1/2 oz fresh mint, chopped
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • fresh cracked black pepper
  • Crusty bread and or crackers for serving
  • Combine the feta, ricotta and olive oil in a bowl and mash with a fork until well combined. The mixture should still contrain a few small lumps of cheese.
  • Add the mint, garlilc powder and some cracked black pepper to taste.
  • Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
