Blue Cheese Dip
Ingredients
1 (8oz) package of cream cheese at room temperature | ||
1 cup blue cheese, crumbled | ||
1 cup mayonnaise | ||
1 cup sour cream | ||
1/2 cup onion, minced | ||
1/2 cup celery, finely chopped | ||
2 cloves garlic, minced | ||
1 tsp celery salt | ||
1 tsp ground black pepper |
- Mix all ingredients in a large bowl. An electric blender works well.
- Transfer to a serving bowl. Cover and chill for at least 1 hour before serving.
