Blue Cheese Dip
- 1 (8oz) package of cream cheese at room temperature
- 1 cup blue cheese, crumbled
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup onion, minced
- 1/2 cup celery, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp celery salt
- 1 tsp ground black pepper
- Mix all ingredients in a large bowl. An electric blender works well.
- Transfer to a serving bowl. Cover and chill for at least 1 hour before serving.
