Blue Cheese Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 (8oz) package of cream cheese at room temperature
  • 1 cup blue cheese, crumbled
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup onion, minced
  • 1/2 cup celery, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp celery salt
  • 1 tsp ground black pepper
  • Mix all ingredients in a large bowl. An electric blender works well.
  • Transfer to a serving bowl. Cover and chill for at least 1 hour before serving.
