Blue Cheese Dip
|1 (8oz) package of cream cheese at room temperature|
|1 cup blue cheese, crumbled|
|1 cup mayonnaise|
|1 cup sour cream|
|1/2 cup onion, minced|
|1/2 cup celery, finely chopped|
|2 cloves garlic, minced|
|1 tsp celery salt|
|1 tsp ground black pepper|
- Mix all ingredients in a large bowl. An electric blender works well.
- Transfer to a serving bowl. Cover and chill for at least 1 hour before serving.
