Brownie Pie
Ingredients
| 4 eggs | ||
| 1 bar (4ozs) sweet chocolate, melted and cooled | ||
| 1/2 cup Bisquick baking mix | ||
| 1/2 cup packed brown sugar | ||
| 1/4 cup butter, softened | ||
| 1/4 cup chopped nuts |
- Heat oven to 350 degrees.
- Grease a pie plate.
- Beat all ingredients except nuts, until smooth.
- Pour into the pie plate and sprinkle with nuts.
- Bake until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean. 30-35 minutes.
- Cool for five minutes and serve with ice cream.
