Cabbage Spinach and Jicama Salad
|1 head Napa cabbage|
|1 bag baby spinach, washed|
|1 medium Jicama, peeled and diced|
|1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced|
|1 cup almonds, slivered|
|1 cup raisins|
|poppy seed dressing|
- Add finely chopped cabbage to spinach.
- Toss in jimica and red pepper strips.
- Brown slivered almonds in brown sugar and butter.
- Add to salad, along with raisins.
- Toss well.
- Just before serving , toss with poppy seed dressing.
