Festive Cheese Ball
Ingredients
| 1 lb cream cheese, softened | ||
| 1 small can crush pineapple, drained | ||
| 1 small jar pimiento, diced | ||
| 1/4 red bell pepper, chopped | ||
| 1/2 carrot, peeled and grated | ||
| 4 scallions, chopped | ||
| seasoned salt to taste | ||
| 1/2 cup almonds, sliced |
- Mix together first seven ingredients.
- Shape into a ball and chill.
- Roll in sliced almonds to cover.
- Chill until ready to serve.
