Mexican Corn Dip
Ingredients
2 cans white shoe peg corn | ||
1 onion, chopped | ||
1 jalapeno pepper, diced | ||
1/2 cup mayonnaise | ||
1/2 cup sour cream | ||
8 oz sharp cheddar cheese, grated | ||
tortilla chips |
- Combine all ingredients and chill for several hours or overnight.
- Serve with tortilla chips.
