Mexican Corn Dip


  • 2 cans white shoe peg corn
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 jalapeno pepper, diced
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 8 oz sharp cheddar cheese, grated
  • tortilla chips
  • Combine all ingredients and chill  for several hours or overnight.
  • Serve with tortilla chips.
