Avocado Cream Sauce
- 2 ripe avocados
- juice of 1 lemon
- 4 tbs heavy cream
- kosher salt and fresh cracked black pepper to taste
This is super simple sauce the is wonderful draped over fish or chicken.
- Peel Avocados and remove seeds.
- Add to a food processor and squeeze lemon juice over.
- With food processor running add cream until the mixture is sooth
- Taste, season with salt and pepper.
- Serve over chicken or fish.
