Cantaloupe Italian Ice
Ingredients
• 1 cantelope, seeds removed, cut into small pieces | ||
• 1 cup milk | ||
• 1 cup milk |
- Add all ingredients to a food processor or blender and process until smooth.
- Add mixture to the bowl of an ice cream maker and follow manufacturers instructions.
- Alternatively you may place the mixture in a shallow baking pan and place in the freezer for several hours. Remove from the freezer and stir well.
- Add to a covered container and return to the freezer until frozen.
