Cantaloupe Italian Ice


  • • 1 cantelope, seeds removed, cut into small pieces
  • • 1 cup milk
  • • 1 cup milk
  • Add all ingredients to a food processor or blender and process until smooth.
  • Add mixture to the bowl of an ice cream maker and follow manufacturers instructions.
  • Alternatively you may place the mixture in a shallow baking pan and place in the freezer for several hours. Remove from the freezer and stir well.
  • Add to a covered container and return to the freezer until frozen.
