Cuban Mojo Sauce
This is an all purpose table sauce that is commonly used in Cuban cooking.
- 1 cup olive oil
- 1 and 1/2 tsp kosher salt
- 10 cloves garlic, chopped
- juice of 2 limes or sour orange
- Heat the olive oil in a sauce pan using medium heat for about 2 minutes.
- Remove the pan from the heat and stir in the garlic and lime juice.
- Let sit for 15 minutes before serving.
