Easy Demi Glace Sauce
- 3 cups strong beef gravy
- 1 and 1/4 cups beef stock
- 1/4 cup sherry
Demi Glace is a super rich sauce that can be used on its on and is often used as a base for other sauces.
- Combine the gravy and beef stock.
- Simmer until the sauce by two thirds.
- Add sherry and use as desired.
