Whipped Cream
Ingredients
| 1 cup whipping cream | ||
| 2 tbs superfine sugar | ||
| 1/2 tsp vanilla |
This is very easy to make and has a much better taste than that stuff you buy in a can.
- In a chilled bowl add the whipping cream, sugar and vanilla.
- Beat with a whisk until soft peaks are formed.
- Optional; you can add cocoa powder, cinnamon, lemon peel, orange peel or a variety of other flavors to make the whipped cream more interesting.
- Recipe may be doubled.
